CorePrime Clinic offers online consultations so you can access our specialists' expertise without leaving home. Once you have booked your appointment, the entire process — from payment to connecting with your doctor — unfolds simply and securely, online.
How does an online consultation work?
Book your appointment
Choose the specialty, doctor, service, and an available time slot directly on our website — or call the clinic and our team will help you.
Pay securely online
After entering your details you are redirected to ING's secure payment page. Your chosen time slot is held for you for 10 minutes while you complete the card payment, directly in your browser.
Receive your confirmation
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with all the details — date, time, specialist, and the service paid for.
Receive your meeting link
Before the consultation you will receive the video meeting link by email — ready to use at the agreed time.
Connect with your doctor
At the scheduled time, click the link from any device and connect directly with your doctor for your consultation.
You can book your appointment directly on our website, or call the clinic and our team will help you choose the right date, time, and specialist for you.
When you finish booking on our website you are automatically redirected to ING's secure payment page. Payment is completed quickly and safely by bank card, directly in your browser — no app or extra steps required.
As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive a confirmation email, and before the consultation you will receive the link for your video meeting. At the agreed date and time, open the link from any device and join your session with your doctor directly.
Cancellation and refunds
If you can no longer attend your online consultation, would like to reschedule, or need a refund, please contact us as early as possible by email at office@coreprime.ro or by phone at +40 31 005 1313 / +40 743 999 909. We will find a solution together — reschedule your consultation or refund your payment.
Refunds are always returned to the card used for the payment.
