Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring System

SCHILLER introduces the first device that combines the accuracy of auscultatory and the reliability of oscillometric methods for blood pressure measurement to create a 24-hour profile of stiffness parameters such as pulse wave velocity (PWV), augmentation index, as well as measurements of central and peripheral blood pressure. Based on the obtained data, it is possible to assess the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and prevent severe organic damage in a timely manner.The standalone device seamlessly integrates into the processes of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and PWA measurements do not require specially trained specialists.

The algorithm has been tested in several studies, including comparisons with the "gold standard" (i.e., invasive blood pressure measurements); for this reason, the algorithm is recommended by ESH/ESC standards for clinical use.
